Job Description

The NFL Media Group seeks a versatile Associate Producer for audio and video production in the Podcast Department, proficient in Adobe Audition and Premiere, with experience in video production control rooms and social content creation. The role requires a self-starter with a passion for storytelling and podcast content creation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day production needs of NFL Media podcasts
• Lead and assist in podcast episode creation from concept to execution
• Pitch creative ideas to enhance live shows
• Utilize the entire Adobe Suite, especially Audition and Premiere
• Operate live studio production technologies, multi-platform workflows, and equipment
• Use vMix Live Video Streaming Software
• Operate Audio Mixers, Yamaha QL5, System T S300 SSL, Micing Talent, Setting up IFBs
• Control Robo Cameras, Panasonic AW-RP120
• Technical Directing, Sony Switchers
• Ensure episodes meet NFL Media's quality standards
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices
• Create promotional content for NFL content platforms
• Identify ways to improve production and promotion
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-first, deadline-driven environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 4-10 years of experience in radio/podcast show and/or video post-production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
• Knowledge of sound boards and microphones
• Experience with vMix or other cloud-based production tools
• Experience with video encoding platforms and tools
• Interest in pop culture and sports entertainment
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience working in a newsroom environment and live studio control rooms
