Job Description

NFL Media is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join the Product Operations team, supporting NFL International, League, and Clubs digital content publishing initiatives. This role will focus primarily on web-based projects, mobile apps, content operations, and service implementations across NFL.com and related platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support content strategies and global initiatives
  • Manage content workflows including creation, editing, publishing, and archiving
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain content calendars and timelines
  • Monitor and analyze content performance
  • Ensure content compliance
  • Create, edit, and manage web content
  • Upload and optimize assets
  • Ensure brand standards
  • Oversee A/B testing
  • Stay current on industry trends
  • Coordinate web-based projects
  • Document and communicate requirements
  • Support project delivery

Requirements

  • Proficiency with computing and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms, SEO, web accessibility, and data privacy
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Experience with design software
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years CMS experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills (preferred)
  • Onsite work required
