Job Description

As a Data Operations Associate, you will translate data needs into tracking specifications for digital media platforms, ensuring data collection and integrity, and aligning with the NFL’s global variable architecture. This role involves managing data collection, implementation, and QA across the digital media portfolio, overseeing analytics tool sets, and contributing to the analytics strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Outlining tracking specifications for Websites, Mobile Apps, and CTV devices
  • Maintaining and publishing 3rd party marketing pixels
  • Quality Assurance of analytics calls
  • Creating and maintaining processing rules for data collection
  • Managing metadata classifications
  • Upkeeping and Creation of Media Intelligence verified metrics
  • Creating and managing Adobe Audience Manager traits and segments
  • Managing user access and permissions within Adobe Marketing Cloud and Tealium
  • Being the day-to-day contact for multiple vendors
  • Managing communication for tracking, marketing, and advanced data analytics questions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
  • Ability to work with teams across the globe and in different time zones
  • Able to communicate with non-technical individuals regarding implementation questions
  • Collaborative and works well in a team-based environment
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
