Job Description

NFL Media is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support operational goals and tactical initiatives, manage HR initiatives, and act as a trusted resource for HR-related matters. The role involves providing administrative support, making recommendations, and developing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR services in policy interpretation, onboarding, training, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and recognition
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives
• Serve as the campus ICO and manage COVID-related matters
• Respond to employee inquiries
• Assist with resource planning initiatives
• Assist with the creation and implementation of HR programs and processes
• Help facilitate site-wide events
• Maintain confidentiality
• Handle day-to-day HR Business Partner support
• Analyze and interpret Exit Survey recommendations
• Handle special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1+ year(s) of progressive experience in Human Resources
• Understanding and experience with core HR aspects
• Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items
• Consultative style and ability to develop credible relationships
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project/program management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High degree of professionalism and diplomacy
• Excellent follow-through skills
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Highly adaptable to a fluid work environment
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
