Job Description

The NFL Media Strategy and Growth Group is seeking an experienced Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Senior Manager, Growth to drive product-led growth strategies, develop multi-platform strategies, and drive revenue growth through user experiences and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product-led strategies for subscriber acquisition and retention
  • Oversee Churn Tool functionality and develop churn reduction strategies
  • Create and optimize user experience and re-engagement strategies
  • Develop multi-device adoption strategies
  • Manage audience segmentation initiatives
  • Develop targeted strategies for user segments
  • Analyze performance metrics and report on KPIs
  • Establish measurement frameworks for growth initiatives
  • Design and implement A/B tests
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop engaging content
  • Optimize content presentation across platforms
  • Execute QA test plans
  • Provide support to customer service teams
  • Collaborate with DTC e-commerce teams
  • Maintain documentation
  • Work with various teams
  • Communicate product requirements
  • Present performance data
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant roles
  • 3 years of management experience
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Experience with product, engineering, and analytics with marketing tech strategies
  • Experience in developing evidence-based strategic frameworks
  • A keen eye for presentation design
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience presenting to senior executives
  • High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and deep intellectual curiosity
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Passion for sports and the NFL
