Job Description

The NFL is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of web-based products and experiences. The Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use data-driven insights to enhance user engagement and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop web platforms product roadmap
• Understand and socialize the evolving needs of fans/customers, content teams, and partners
• Define and communicate product vision
• Oversee the end-to-end development cycle of NFL's web platforms
• Execute the Web Platforms product roadmap
• Work as part of an autonomous agile team
• Foster an inclusive environment
• Gather, analyze, and visualize data
• Define meaningful KPIs
• Implement A/B testing methodologies

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years' experience
• 3 years management experience
• Strong understanding of web technologies
• Experience with content management systems
• Knowledge of responsive design principles
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Skilled in backlog management
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience working with multiple internal teams and external partners
• Commitment to creating outstanding product experiences
• Experience with personalization and recommendation systems
• Understanding of accessibility standards
