Job Description

The Media Operations Specialist supports the Remote Media Operations department by leading gear management and facilitating remote shoots. They ensure media shoots are well-executed, track gear, manage shipping, coordinate with wranglers, communicate with Media Management, and relay messages to relevant departments.

Responsibilities

• Track gear coming in and out of the NFL Films building
• Manage gear shipping calendar
• Coordinate with wranglers on site
• Communicate with Media Management
• Record and relay all Remote Media Operations messages
• Attend meetings as a representative of Remote Media Operations

Requirements

• 4-year college degree
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a professional role
• Experience in the media industry
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Outgoing
• Hardworking
• Great at multitasking
• Flexible schedule
• Microsoft 365
