Job Description

The Production Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of production logistics as they relate to in-studio shows, remote events, original content & digital media. Supports the Production Management Department and report directly to a Production Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track production budgets
• Coordinate logistics, including crew needs, securing locations, handling releases, obtaining permits, ordering props, and organizing assets
• Generate production documents, including schedules and Call Sheets
• Secure bids from vendors and process Purchase Orders and Invoices
• Enter data into budgeting system and interact with vendors regarding payments
• Assist with craft service needs and catering
• Work with various departments
• Support Production Management and Accounting teams with administrative responsibilities
• Ensure production assets are secured
• Ensure compliance with network requirements
• Ensure outside vendors are onboarded

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in a production related field
• Previous experience in television studio and remote production
• Knowledge of Oracle, DocuSign and Concur is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient in MS Office products
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Strong time management ability
• Teamwork mentality
