Job Description

The Production Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of production logistics as they relate to NFL Media. This seasonal position will support the Production Management Department and Studio, Remote, Digital, Social, Original and Features productions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track production budgets
• Coordinate logistics, including crew needs, bookings, locations, releases, and permits
• Generate production documents, including schedules and Call Sheets
• Work with vendors to secure bids, process, and track Purchase Orders and Invoices
• Enter data into budgeting system and interact with vendors regarding payments
• Assist with craft service needs, catering, and restocking
• Work with Special Events, Scheduling, Travel, Operations, Accounts Payable, Finance, and Human Resources
• Support Production Management and Accounting teams with office and administrative responsibilities
• Ensure production assets are secured for all programs
• Ensure compliance with network requirements
• Ensure outside vendors are onboarded
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience as a Production Coordinator in a related field
• Previous experience in television studio and remote production
• Proficient in MS Office products
• Knowledge of Oracle and Concur is beneficial
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Strong time management ability
• Teamwork mentality
• Positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
