Job Description

As Head of Professional Services at AiDASH, you will lead the delivery of custom product deployments and technical solutioning for major customers, integrating the platform into enterprise software workflows. You will build the Professional Services function, manage a global team, and define how AiDASH delivers scalable, high-quality, revenue-generating services.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the custom delivery function
• Architect the operating model, team structure, and standards for enterprise-facing services
• Own custom deployments including new workflows and platform integrations
• Serve as a forward-deployed technical leader
• Guide and manage engineers and program leads globally
• Lead engineers through the full software development lifecycle
• Review and provide technical guidance on code, APIs, integrations, and custom solution components
• Translate complex customer requirements into clear technical plans
• Drive operational rigor
• Develop reusable playbooks, frameworks, and assets

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in professional services, technical consulting, or software delivery roles
• Recent experience as a solid programmer or technical leader
• Proven ability to build, lead, and scale global teams
• Deep understanding of enterprise software ecosystems, SaaS integrations, and complex B2B deployments
• Experience working consultatively with enterprise customers
• Strong ownership mindset
• Comfortable translating ambiguous customer needs into concrete technical solutions
• Experience owning services revenue, margin, or operational forecasting is a plus
• Industry experience in utilities, infrastructure, or regulated environments is desirable
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
