Job Description

Toptal seeks a highly versatile Senior Sales Recruiter to partner with Sales leaders, attracting and hiring top-tier sales talent across all levels. This role involves full life-cycle recruiting, influencing strategy, and ensuring world-class candidate experiences. The position is remote, but candidates must be US-based.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for all Sales roles
  • Proactively source and engage top-performing talent
  • Conduct candidate outreach and screening
  • Design and coordinate interview processes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of successful recruitment experience (with in-house experience)
  • 4+ years of sales recruiting experience (focusing on high-performing, enterprise-level talent)
  • Experience recruiting from professional services environments
  • Experience hiring for roles requiring P&L ownership
  • Experience partnering with Hiring Managers
  • Team-first mindset, proactive, ability to recognize exceptional talent
  • Detail-oriented, organized, compelling storyteller, open to feedback
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
