Job Description

As CTO of Technology Services, you will serve as a key member of the technology services leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO of Technology Services. Your mission will be to define, evolve, and execute a technology-led go-to-market strategy that drives revenue growth across strategic clients. This is a front-line revenue role — ideal for a visionary who combines deep technical knowledge with commercial savvy and consultative influence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology services, with 5+ years in an executive consulting services role or national/regional CTO capacity
  • Proven track record of directly influencing $25M+ in annual revenue through consultative sales and strategic solutioning
  • Strong executive presence with experience in C-level client engagement
  • Deep technical expertise across at least two of the following: Cloud Platforms, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Application Integration
  • Experience building and leading pre-sales and/or solutioning teams in a high-growth services environment
  • Strong understanding of modern delivery models including agile, DevSecOps, managed services, and global delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to translate emerging technology trends into sellable, scalable service offerings
  • Prior experience collaborating with sales and marketing on demand generation campaigns and pipeline acceleration
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward experimentation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience at a high-growth consulting firm or global systems integrator
  • Recognized thought leader in one or more of: GenAI/LLMs, cybersecurity transformation, cloud-native architecture, or industry-specific tech enablement
  • Background in P&L ownership or direct accountability for business unit financial performance
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and handle a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a diverse array of contacts
  • Regular or periodic travel to meet and engage with Toptal clients and customers both inside and outside of your geographic location
