Job Description

Work directly with Toptal’s clients to understand their needs, custom-match them with Developers from our talent network, and provide support during the matching process. This is a remote position. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand their needs and match them with engineering experts
  • Manage client expectations
  • Write job descriptions to attract talent
  • Find the right talent to meet client goals
  • Introduce talent to the client
  • Manage the matching process end-to-end
  • Confirm talent meets criteria
  • Track and incorporate client and talent feedback
  • Collaborate with other teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in software development projects or recruiting developers
  • 3+ years of experience in client sales or consultative interviews
  • Experience in scoping and preparing project proposals
  • Excellent communication and relationship development skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong strategic thinking skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
