Job Description

Findem is seeking a hands-on, high-impact Staff Quality Assurance Engineer to lead the charge in leveraging AI technologies for development and testing. This role involves bringing deep expertise in applying AI and QA processes to modernize Findem's testing capabilities, enabling the scaling of QA to support more projects and ensure thorough coverage across existing products and rapidly expanding AI-driven features.

Responsibilities

• Support the QA team working on Findem’s products
• Use AI tools to help engineering teams on testing coverage and automations across locations
• Use AI tools to help QA handle more workloads/tasks concurrently without losing quality in releases
• Test writings, executions and reporting
• Automate manual test executions

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering or higher, preferably in Computer Science
• 15+ years of experience in the QA / SDET discipline
• Knowledge of and experience using AI tools to help development and testing
• Experience using tools such as Bitbucket, Git, Jira, Browser Development Tool, CI/CD (i.e Jenkins), Playwright/Selenium
• Ability to code in common computer languages for backend or frontend automation: Typescript, Java, Python, Shell scripting
• Ability to champion and guide engineers on AI tools to improve development and QA processes
• Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks
• Ability to scope testing effort for assigned projects
• Ability to write comprehensive test plans and test cases for assigned projects
• Ability to work across non-QA teams like PM, DEV, and DevOps
