Job Description

Findem is looking for a dynamic sales professional to sell their People Intelligence platform. The ideal candidate will have experience selling CRM, sales enablement, marketing automation, or data-driven platforms. You will help HR, Talent Marketing, and Recruiting teams modernize their approach, just like Sales and Marketing teams did a decade ago.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize, source, and close new enterprise logos within your territory
  • Research and thoroughly understand your prospects’ business goals
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Educate executive buyers by drawing strong parallels between CRM-driven pipeline management and talent pipeline management
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to move deals forward and ensure long-term customer value
  • Proactively forecast, track, and report sales performance

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle sales experience, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
  • 2+ years selling CRM, marketing automation, SaaS platforms, or technology solutions
  • Skilled in creating compelling business cases and ROI narratives
  • Able to quickly understand and articulate technical concepts
  • A strategic prospector who can creatively identify greenfield opportunities
  • Comfortable selling to VP and C-level decision-makers
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition, HR tech, or recruiting technology is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of how enterprise recruiting teams operate
