Job Description

Juul Labs is seeking a Key Account Manager to transition adult smokers away from combustible cigarettes and combat underage usage. This role involves managing and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute sales strategies, drive product placement, and maximize ROI. The position requires strong communication, analytical skills, and experience in account management for large companies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and collaborate with Trade Marketing and Category Leadership to develop custom Chain Retail Programming
  • Communicate with internal department leads, retail, and distribution contacts to execute sales strategy
  • Manage sales execution and category leadership with partner distributors and chain retail accounts
  • Develop and deliver successful retail programming partnerships maximizing ROI sales budget
  • Work across internal department leads to resolve customer issues
  • Facilitate and manage BU meetings, category review and analysis, T2T’s, contracted space, and inventory resolution
  • Perform related duties as assigned within scope of practice

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields
  • Great communicator using technology (PowerPoint, Excel, teleconferences, etc.)
  • 5+ years of related work experience in account management of companies with gross sales over $5 Billion
  • Direct experience with insights related to sales metrics from scan, IRI, and MSAi data
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with analytical aptitude
  • Experience leveraging research across qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience distilling actionable insights from complex data and explaining findings
  • Team player with a driven personality capable of working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to travel 40% of the time to multiple markets and HQ appointments
  • Understanding of the JUUL customer and vapor industry
  • Advanced Degree in Business or related field (preferred)
  • Industry experience in Tobacco or Other Tobacco Products category (preferred)
  • Previous sales leadership experience (preferred)
