Job Description

Upgrade is seeking an Associate to join their Capital Markets team, responsible for managing warehouse facility operations across all lending products. This role is critical for balance sheet and liquidity management, reporting to the VP of Capital Markets and based in San Francisco in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse facilities
• Prepare borrowing base reports
• Prepare monthly servicer reports
• Maintain warehouse facilities
• Support Capital Markets Execution team
• Own liquidity forecasting models
• Collaborate with internal teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of capital markets experience
• Understanding of warehouse facility operations
• Understanding of consumer lending and credit underwriting
• Knowledge of structured finance transactions and ABS markets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Advanced MS Excel skills
