The Implementation Manager will lead enterprise-scale deployments and onboarding of Canary’s solutions across multi-property hotel groups and brands, managing complex integrations and ensuring successful adoption.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end implementation from planning through deployment
Coordinate multi-property rollouts
Manage complex system integrations
Act as primary deployment liaison for clients
Develop scalable processes and playbooks
Deliver executive-level communication
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support
Drive continuous improvement of onboarding practices
Requirements
5+ years in enterprise project management or large-scale deployments
Proven success leading multi-property deployments
Strong expertise in hotel technology systems
Advanced program management skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
