Job Description

This role is responsible for leading on-site kiosk deployments across North America and occasionally EMEA. The specialist will analyze reservation data, configure kiosks, train hotel staff, and provide feedback to engineering and product teams to improve the kiosk experience. They will be a key part of Canary's mission to transform the guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end kiosk onboarding
  • Conduct property qualification
  • Configure and pair hardware
  • Manage hardware shipments
  • Deploy on-site and run tests
  • Train hotel staff
  • Validate real-world readiness
  • Surface product feedback

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hotel operations experience
  • Expert proficiency in Opera PMS
  • Experience handling various hotel scenarios
  • Comfort with modern tech tools
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to travel 40-50%
  • Experience with other PMS systems is a plus
  • Opera PMS certification is a plus
