Canary is seeking a Customer Success Integrations Manager to lead the execution of integration activations across its ecosystem of hotel technology platforms. This role focuses on technical execution and customer enablement, ensuring smooth onboarding and configuration of integrations for key hospitality workflows. The ideal candidate has experience in hotel technology or hospitality operations and thrives at the intersection of systems, stakeholders, and client success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end integration activations
  • Develop understanding of Canary’s integration architecture
  • Serve as primary contact for integration onboarding
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
  • Streamline integration workflows
  • Liaise with external technology vendors
  • Upskill teammates on integrations

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical onboarding or integration management
  • Experience managing API-based integrations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and webhooks preferred
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects
  • Background in hotel operations preferred
