Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the strategic owner of Canary’s largest enterprise hotel groups, coordinating deployments, expansions, and adoption initiatives to ensure Canary delivers value and becomes a long-term partner. You will collaborate with Implementation and Sales teams, build executive relationships, and drive account success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic owner of enterprise accounts
  • Coordinate with Implementation and Sales teams
  • Lead strategic account planning
  • Conduct executive business reviews
  • Ensure smooth transitions from deployment to adoption
  • Monitor product usage and adoption
  • Uncover and execute expansion opportunities
  • Advocate for customer needs internally
  • Promote customer advocacy

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years in Enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and account growth
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience is a plus
