Job Description

Canary Technologies is seeking a motivated and experienced Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for mid-market hotel partners. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, driving retention, and building long-term relationships through proactive engagement, health management, and identifying expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with mid-market hotel accounts to ensure satisfaction and utilization
  • Monitor customer health metrics and develop action plans
  • Identify opportunities for product expansion and collaborate with sales
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders at client hotels
  • Become a subject matter expert on Canary’s product suite
  • Act as an escalation point for customer issues
  • Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management or customer success (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Strong understanding of customer success methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with the hotel/hospitality industry is a plus
