Job Description

Canary is seeking a motivated SMB Customer Success Manager to manage a high volume of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving retention, and identifying expansion opportunities within the SMB hotel partner base. The role focuses on leveraging technology for scaled outreach and proactive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with SMB hotel accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor customer health metrics and develop scalable action plans
  • Identify and execute product expansion opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide guidance on Canary’s product suite
  • Resolve customer issues, coordinating with support and product teams
  • Employ technology and automation for scaled customer engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-4 years of experience in account management or customer success (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Understanding of customer success methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills (written and digital)
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in CRM and customer success platforms
  • Familiarity with the hotel/hospitality industry (plus)
