Canary is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to recruit top talent and build a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in fast-growing technology companies and be an energetic self-starter with a focus on performance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to create and execute recruitment processes
• Advertise jobs on job boards and social media
• Conduct proactive candidate sourcing
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Process requisitions and applications
• Utilize and maintain ATS
• Administer pre-employment testing and check references
• Address candidate questions and ensure a positive experience
• Manage recruiting agency relationships
• Provide insights on Talent Attraction

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience sourcing for SaaS companies
• Experience with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Suite preferred
• Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy
• Experience in fast-growing SaaS organizations
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
