Canary is seeking a Product Manager to join their growing team and contribute to the development and launch of AI-powered technology solutions for the hospitality industry. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and drive business impact across areas like guest communication and digital check-in.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product vision, roadmap, and execution
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design for user experiences
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing for product launches
• Conduct customer research and analyze product usage
• Define and track key product success metrics
• Stay current on industry trends

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience
• Strong problem-solving and customer-centric approach
• Experience working with Engineering and Design teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in hospitality technology, messaging platforms, or AI is a plus
