Job Description

Canary is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise to lead product initiatives for their largest hotel chain customers. This role focuses on building scalable solutions for thousands of properties, advocating for enterprise customer needs, and collaborating with various teams to deliver impactful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong product strategy, customer empathy, and technical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for hotel chain products
• Collaborate with product teams to represent enterprise customer needs
• Serve as the primary product representative for enterprise customers
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for product rollouts
• Develop understanding of hotel brand/property relationships
• Prioritize effectively using data and storytelling

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Strong product intuition and customer empathy
• Ability to perform across enterprise functions (account management, solutions architecture, product analytics)
• Success leading large, cross-functional initiatives
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience building customer-facing products for enterprise clients
