Canary Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and scale their mobile portfolio, including native guest and staff apps, and developer SDKs. The role involves evolving these products to improve reliability, performance, and usability, while driving business impact through strategic mobile growth.

Responsibilities

• Scale mobile portfolio (guest app, Staff App, SDKs)
• Evolve SDKs for ease of adoption and reliability
• Lead execution on mobile capabilities (authentication, messaging, payments)
• Establish mobile UI patterns and performance standards
• Set quality bars for mobile releases
• Collaborate with teams to unlock mobile experiences
• Drive rollout plans and measure improvements
• Champion security and compliance across mobile

Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Management with 3+ years in native mobile apps/SDKs
• Proven track record shipping high-quality iOS/Android features
• Experience delivering developer SDKs with documentation
• Familiarity with modern mobile architectures and tooling
• Strong product sense for mobile UX
• Comfort working with mobile platform constraints
• Data fluency and KPI definition
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer empathy for hotel staff and guests
