Job Description

Shakudo is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead the technical aspects of the sales process and customer engagement, demonstrating AI and machine learning capabilities and designing solutions aligned with client needs. The role requires a strong technical background in AI, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer value.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical contact for customers
• Provide expert knowledge on the Shakudo AI platform
• Develop and optimize customer engagement processes
• Support technical aspects of sales engagements, including demonstrations and POCs
• Collaborate with sales and post-sales teams
• Advise customers on AI strategy and solutions

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and current U.S. residency
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in solution engineering or technical sales
• Proficiency in data and AI technologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop strategic customer relationships
• Experience with cutting-edge data and AI technologies
• Proven track record of successful technical engagements
