Job Description

1inch is the DeFi ecosystem building financial freedom for everyone. They are looking for a Senior Blockchain Engineer with a "Get Stuff Done" mentality and a passion for innovation to design, develop, and optimize smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure within the DeFi ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Designing and optimising blockchain product architecture
• Leading the development, auditing, and integration of smart contracts
• Conducting technical research and proof-of-concept experiments
• Developing and improving cross-chain interoperability solutions
• Designing and developing efficient algorithms
• Defining and implementing effective CI/CD processes
• Analysing and addressing potential attack vectors
• Continuously monitoring emerging blockchain technologies
• Performing rigorous code reviews and mentoring developers
• Collaborating with auditors and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in blockchain engineering
• Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, smart contracts, and dApps
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Layer 2 solutions, and cross-chain protocols
• Proven track record in technical leadership and mentoring
• Strong background in blockchain security and smart contract audits
