Job Description

Flow is seeking a passionate and driven Manager of FP&A to join their Finance team. This role will focus on building FP&A systems and processes for their multifamily properties, requiring a quantitatively excellent and autonomous individual to drive financial performance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance annual budgeting and monthly performance review processes
• Understand drivers of real estate performance and make recommendations
• Develop FP&A playbook, systems, and processes for third-party management
• Lead KPI development and reporting
• Drive property-level P&L ownership
• Collaborate with accounting and data & analytics teams
• Implement planning tools for reporting automation
• Enhance financial statement presentation
• Serve as finance liaison to system implementations
• Support transactions and financings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years experience in FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling & analytical skills
• Ability to take initiative and operate independently
• Track record of integrity and sound decision making
