Job Description

Flow is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Manager, Strategic Finance to join their team. This role is responsible for forecasting the business, informing company strategy, implementing new business initiatives, and performing advanced financial modeling. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally, use quantitative insights to drive decision-making, and operate with a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with business leaders on forecasting, long-range planning, and business plan formation
• Own the company’s forecasting and budget model
• Establish performance frameworks, variance analysis processes, and quarterly business reviews
• Identify opportunities to improve margins and capital efficiency
• Partner with the data analytics team to improve data infrastructure and reporting
• Prepare Board and management presentations
• Evaluate and support M&A or strategic partnership activity
• Collaborate with real estate teams on portfolio management strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 7+ years experience in investment banking, consulting, and/or strategic finance
• Excellent financial modeling and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to take initiative and operate independently
• Track record of integrity and sound decision making
• Team player
