Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Manager for Flow’s Hospitality Brand, you will play a crucial role in onboarding and managing relationships with corporate housing providers, online travel agents, and other distribution partners. You will generate new business, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales, secure group bookings, enhance brand visibility, and deliver an exceptional partner and client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and develop new business opportunities
  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with industry partners
  • Lead contract negotiations and proposal development
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new partners
  • Maintain accurate records of partner agreements
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners
  • Analyze booking trends and client feedback to refine sales strategies

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of group sales, account management, or business development experience in hospitality
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and distribution channels
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
