Job Description

Flow Station, a new cafe within the Flow Experience Center, seeks experienced and passionate Cafe Attendants to create a welcoming space offering coffee, tea, and health-forward meals. The role involves crafting beverages, serving food, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve beverages
• Prepare and serve seasonal small plates
• Assist customers with inquiries
• Suggest and promote menu items
• Process customer payments
• Monitor and maintain inventory
• Stay informed about wellness trends and events
• Engage customers and promote offerings
• Set up and take out outdoor furniture
• Maintain café cleanliness
• Sell Flow merchandise

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of barista, café attendant, restaurant, bakery, or farm to table experience
• Experience in an upscale craft coffee shop or restaurant
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid Food Handler’s certificate and HPC preferred
