Job Description

Flow is seeking a Culinary Receiver, Distribution & Merchandising to support seamless culinary and retail operations across their multi-location ecosystem. This role ensures the consistent flow of goods and ingredients, accurate inventory distribution, and polished merchandising that aligns with Flow’s standards of excellence, sustainability, and presence.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect food, beverage, and wellness-related deliveries
• Cross-reference deliveries with invoices and POs
• Manage and execute timely distribution of ingredients and supplies between locations
• Support daily merchandising of grocery, prepared foods, and wellness goods
• Conduct regular inventory counts
• Organize storage areas and ensure FIFO rotation
• Uphold cleanliness and food safety

Requirements

• 2+ years in culinary operations, receiving, or food distribution
• Strong knowledge of food safety and temperature control
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong communicator and collaborator
• Ability to adapt to early shifts, weekends, and location-based needs
