Job Description

The Leasing Specialist will show model units to potential renters, lease apartments to qualified applicants, renew leases with current tenants, and serve as a point of contact for prospects and residents to field questions and address concerns. This position will perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the property's revenue and occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of apartment availability, residents, lease expirations, and amenities
• Execute marketing initiatives
• Ensure property is tour-ready
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and show model apartments
• Communicate with prospects and residents
• Process applications, review screenings, and prepare lease packages
• Assist during lease signings and facilitate move-ins
• Execute lease renewal program
• Respond to resident questions/concerns
• Perform daily inspections
• Leverage property management software
• Design and execute off-site marketing activities
• Complete reports
• Represent the property professionally
• Weekend and Holiday availability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in Class A multifamily leasing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Yardi & Blue Moon
• Canva experience
