Job Description

The New Neighbor Success Lead guides prospective residents through the Flow experience, from initial exploration to move-in. This role uses data insights, human judgment, and Flow’s technology to tailor the experience to each prospect’s unique circumstances, offering flexible living options for 3 days, 3 weeks, or 3 years. The role is on-site and involves selling, negotiating, conducting tours, and providing feedback to improve Flow’s resident experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized discovery conversations
  • Articulate and tailor housing solutions
  • Direct prospects to alternative properties
  • Sell and negotiate within a tech-augmented sales process
  • Own the full on-site sales motion
  • Maintain accountability for personal workflows
  • Participate in product trainings and feedback sessions
  • Provide input into technology roadmaps
  • Represent Flow in relationships with local realtors and influencers

Requirements
