Job Description

As a Recruiter at Flow, you will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of recruitment across multiple business lines, including property management, hospitality and food & beverage. You will play a key role in building teams that help us deliver on our mission and represent Flow’s brand values.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts for a variety of roles across property management, hospitality, and food & beverage
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs
• Implement creative sourcing techniques to identify top candidates
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain proactive communication with hiring managers
• Accurately track and report on key recruitment metrics
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven track record in property management, hospitality, food & beverage, or a similar sector
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute sourcing strategies
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
• Fluency in Spanish preferred
