Job Description

Flow is seeking a Senior Product Designer to reimagine how people live, work, and connect. The role involves owning product features from conception to launch, conducting user research, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design system, build a strong design culture, and drive the user experience of the product.

Responsibilities

• Drive the user experience of the product from conception to launch
• Understand users and their pain points
• Conduct and evangelize user research
• Contribute to brand, voice, and strategy development
• Collaborate with other teams and establish design engagement processes
• Define and evangelize the brand’s story
• Create, implement, and evolve design systems

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Design-related Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Startup mentality and willingness to roll up sleeves
• Keen eye for detail and craftsmanship
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms
• Passion for iterative process improvement
• Experience creating features or entire products from 0-1
• Experience in FinTech and/or PropTech (a plus)
