Job Description

Flow is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build the financial backbone for modern real estate, a system where data flows intelligently, ledgers stay audit-ready, and financial operations scale effortlessly. You'll design interfaces and system logic for rent flows, payables, inter-company transactions, and reconciliations, leveraging AI and automation to bring clarity, integrity, and automation to financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design of core accounting primitives
• Development of a scalable, audit-grade ledger system
• Creation of user-friendly tools for financial teams
• Collaboration with AI teams to embed smart automations
• Translation of GAAP-compliant financial processes into software abstractions
• Ownership of financial event schemas
• Integration with external systems
• Alignment with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

• 5-10 years of product management experience
• 2+ years working in enterprise financial systems, fintech, or prop-tech
• Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS
• Experience designing mission-critical systems involving payments and financial reporting
• Ability to communicate clearly across technical, financial, and operational teams
• Curiosity for how AI and automation can simplify workflows
