Flow is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their engineering teams. This role requires a leader who can set technical direction, make architectural decisions, and build high-performing teams while remaining technically engaged and empowering engineers. Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for full stack systems
• Make key architectural and systems-level decisions
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture
• Partner with product, operations, and engineering teams
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Drive projects forward and resolve blockers
• Contribute to recruitment and hiring of engineering talent

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering & management experience
• Deep knowledge of full stack systems, distributed systems principles, high availability, fault tolerance, and system efficiency
• Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages
• Proven experience managing and developing engineering teams
• Strong track record of making high-level architectural decisions
• Excellent communication skills
