Insider is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the face of the company to clients, bridging their needs with the technology. The role involves understanding client needs, ensuring technology utilization, providing technical support, developing account plans, providing feedback, establishing trusted advisor relationships, planning strategies, and contributing to product development.

Responsibilities

Requirements
