Job Description

Insider, a fast-growing MarTech scale-up, is seeking a Solution Architect to engage with customer technical decision-makers, run data workshops, drive pilots, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customer strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in consultative/complex technical deployment projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customer technical decision-makers
• Run data workshops
• Drive pilots and proof of concept
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Identify and resolve technical blockers
• Engage product and support teams
• Guide customer strategy and future growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative/complex technical deployment projects
• Proven track record of building deep technical relationships
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Extensive technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures
• Familiarity with development methodologies and technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, REST, XML, Database Technologies)
• Strong product command and technical domain knowledge (SaaS, Marketing, Mobile Applications, APIs or Programming)
