Job Description

Insider is seeking a Content Marketer to join their team and focus on editorial and thought leadership. The ideal candidate will be a sharp-thinking storyteller who can create high-quality content, including ghostwritten articles, keynotes, and research reports, for Insider's senior leadership. This role requires strong independence, initiative, and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling stories, leveraging AI to enhance the content creation workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead Insider’s executive thought leadership content program
• Develop high-impact long-form content
• Partner with Insider’s founders and executive team
• Build scalable frameworks for content creation
• Conduct research across MarTech, AI, SaaS, and enterprise CX topics
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to align messaging
• Use AI tools to research, accelerate drafts, and scale output
• Adapt complex topics into clear, accessible storytelling
• Own internal presentation and narrative development
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Support other content needs as required

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in editorial content, thought leadership, or executive communications
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Direct experience ghostwriting for senior executives
• Highly organized and proactive
• Ability to synthesize complex ideas and turn partial information into high-quality drafts
• Experience applying AI tools and platforms
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines
• Curious mindset with a passion for technology, SaaS, AI, and enterprise CX
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
• Experience writing for US-market B2B audiences
• Deep understanding of SEO and GEO
• Excellent project management skills
• Passionate about customer experience and the intersection of technology and AI
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
