Job Description

Insider, a fast-growing MarTech scale-up, is seeking an Account Executive to manage sales, achieve growth, and exceed annual sales targets. The role involves engaging with enterprise-level clients across various industries, prospecting, acquiring clients, and providing on-the-ground support for the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.

Responsibilities

  • Managing sales and achieving growth
  • Hitting/exceeding annual sales targets
  • Interacting with clients throughout the sales cycle
  • Providing mentorship for Sales Development Representatives (SDR)
  • Communicating value propositions through proposals and presentations
  • Providing market insights and identifying opportunities
  • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives
  • Presenting sales forecasts to management
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of quota-carrying sales experience (preferably in SaaS/MarTech)
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  • Proven communication and listening skills
  • Technical aptitude
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Superior project and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience in retail, finance, automotive, telecom, or travel industries (a plus)
