Job Description

The Global Head of Shopify Alliance will drive Insider’s growth through supporting formation and management of mutually beneficial Go-To-Market plans with Shopify, a strategic partner of Insider globally. This role requires a thorough understanding of Insider’s product capabilities, sales processes and partner ecosystem to ensure our go-to-market engine is primed and enabled to collaborate with strategic partners and drive mutual growth.

Responsibilities

  • Co-own joint global business plan with Shopify counterpart
  • Collaborate on GTM planning & track progress
  • Collaborate on joint roadmap development
  • Align with Shopify and execute on sales enablement
  • Update App listing and partner directory
  • Stay up to date on required migrations/APIs
  • Investigate opportunities to improve integration
  • Manage partner program certification questionnaires
  • Collaborate with Insider regional partnership & sales teams
  • Collaborate with Insider Regional Field Marketers
  • Collaborate with Insider marketing team and Shopify
  • Generate leads & track pipeline
  • Leverage Shopify to increase Insider’s brand awareness
  • Keep Insider organizations informed of progress
  • Improve partnership practice and drive expansion

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in eCommerce and/or Customer Engagement platforms
  • Deep familiarity with Shopify partnering with Customer Engagement platforms
  • Familiarity with Shopify’s customer success processes
  • High analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of Solution Selling
  • Ability to establish clear targets and develop plans
  • Output oriented with strong ability to create customer-facing content
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience with B2B SaaS
  • Experience in marketing technology space
