Job Description

The Partnership Director will drive Insider’s growth through supporting formation and management of mutually beneficial commercial relationships with Insider’s channel partners in North America. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, go-to-market strategy execution, and driving growth with ISVs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop commercial relationships with strategic technology partners (ISVs)
  • Collaborate with Product & Product Marketing to understand joint value propositions
  • Enable Insider sales & customer success teams on partner offerings
  • Develop and manage business plans to drive business through partners
  • Collaborate with regional sales team to support new acquisitions
  • Generate leads & manage pipeline through partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Onboarding & Customer Success)
  • Enhance Insider’s brand recognition
  • Engage technology partners in co-marketing activities
  • Improve partnership practice and expand partner portfolio globally

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in partner sales and business development
  • Previous leadership experience in a SaaS company
  • Experience managing relationships with Independent Software Vendors
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with channel partners
  • High analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of Solution Selling
  • Strong ability to create customer-facing content
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience with B2B SaaS business model
  • Experience in marketing technology space
