Job Description

Owner is seeking a Billing Operations Lead to architect, scale, and run world-class billing infrastructure. This role will own Billing and Accounts Receivable end-to-end, designing policies and enforcement standards that balance customer experience with financial discipline. The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker and strategic decision-maker who can improve cash collections, implement process automation, and partner cross-functionally to support Owner's growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the core financial operations engine
• Scale billing infrastructure for new products
• Design and refine billing policies and exception frameworks
• Use data to evaluate billing exceptions
• Improve cash collections and operational accuracy
• Implement process automation and controls
• Partner cross-functionally to architect scalable financial systems
• Become the go-to expert for Owner’s billing and revenue operations
• Lead and grow a Billing team

Requirements

• Experience in financial operations or billing, ideally in SaaS
• Familiarity with Stripe and Salesforce
• Systems-first thinker with analytical depth
• Comfortable exercising judgment on billing policies
• Experience with AR or collections strategy
