Job Description

The Performance Marketing Coordinator role is crucial for scaling the company's paid acquisition engine. This role acts as a bridge between creative production, paid performance, and growth strategy, managing the creative workflow, ensuring rapid testing, and uncovering insights to optimize performance across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own and streamline the creative production pipeline
  • Manage creative tracker and testing backlog
  • Review and QA ad creative
  • Conduct competitor deep dives and trend analyses
  • Build and maintain a creative testing roadmap and insights tracker
  • Analyze creative performance and surface actionable insights
  • Support broader channel strategy by freeing up Growth Marketing Managers

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in paid social creative strategy or performance-focused marketing roles
  • Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok
  • Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks and paid social engagement metrics
  • Ability to analyze creative performance data and translate insights into recommendations
  • Proficiency with creative workflow and analytics tools (Notion, Motion, Atria) and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Excel)
  • Experience managing creative production cycles
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and project management skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented operator
