Job Description

Owner is seeking a Strategic Operations Lead to join their team and drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives during a period of hyper-growth. The role will support the COO and Chief of Staff in ensuring alignment and delivery of company-level objectives, leading projects, and identifying areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead critical, zero-to-one initiatives across the business
• Support key projects to ensure quality and impact
• Investigate and identify underserved areas for high-leverage project work
• Support the COO and Chief of Staff to execute the annual operating plan
• Act as an owner of the business, pushing the needle on strategy and priorities

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, or Operations
• Proven track record of owning business-critical programs and launching initiatives
• Extreme bias-to-action
• Strong analytical skills
• Innate problem-solver
• Strong communication skills
