Job Description

Owner is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to build high-performance GTM and G&A teams, specializing in Marketing and Sales talent. This role requires a strategic and execution-oriented individual who can craft hiring plans, source top talent, and create a standout candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM & G&A roles
  • Recruit and build high-performing, scalable teams
  • Partner with leaders to set and hit ambitious hiring goals
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring process
  • Deliver a candidate experience that leaves every applicant impressed
  • Balance high-volume interviews with laser-focused sourcing strategies

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience (mix of agency + in-house preferred)
  • Proven success in building GTM & G&A teams
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates for performance marketing, growth/brand marketing
  • Background in a performance marketing agency specializing in growth
  • Skilled in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and managing high-volume pipelines
  • Operationally sharp - able to diagnose bottlenecks and build process
  • Trusted partner to stakeholders with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with AI and emerging recruiting tools
  • Obsessed with delivering a top-tier candidate experience
  • Thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments
